The Story Mouse have created their first ever educational app – with Bertie guinea pig at the helm!
Bertie’s ABC is packed full of fun and aimed at young learners who are just starting to recognise and learn letters and sounds.
It uses picture cards and audio to help the child learn shapes and sounds. There’s a poem to enjoy, a chance to discover each letter and the sound it makes and then plenty of games to cement learning!
The app has been thoroughly tested by children and Early Years teachers alike and can be used in ‘letter sound’ or ‘phonic sound’ mode as well as having the option of upper or lowercase letters.
It’s been a pleasure to work with The Story Mouse and Liz Lewis again and develop something really special from what started out as a simple poem. I’m immensely proud that Bertie has helped them create their first educational app. Here’s to many more!
